Context

법무법인 태평양은 법조계에서 요구되는 신뢰와 전문성의 가치를 담은 리크루팅 영상을 원했다. 영상의 목적은 조직 문화와 지적 역량을 명확하고 진정성 있게 전달하는 것이었다. 이는 채용 시장 전반에서 고용주가 어떤 조직인지 솔직하게 보여주는 것이 점점 더 중요해지는 흐름과 맞닿아 있다. 특히 법률처럼 경쟁이 치열한 업계에서는 구성원의 실제 경험을 보여주는 것이 우수 인재를 끌어들이는 주요 전략이 되고 있다.

Challenge

실제 업무 환경에서 촬영을 진행하는 데에는 특별히 유의해야 할 사항들이 있었다. 업무에 방해를 주지 않으면서도 법조인들이 자연스럽고 편안한 모습으로 담기도록 해야 했기 때문이다. 정밀함과 기밀성을 중시하는 법률 업계의 특성상, 촬영은 로펌의 전문성을 해치지 않으면서도 인간적인 순간을 진솔하게 담아내기 위해서는 신중한 접근이 필요했다. 또한 리크루팅 콘텐츠로서 적절한 톤을 찾는 것도 중요했다. 시청자들에게 진정성의 가치를 전달하고 공감을 끌어낼 수 있어야 했다.

Solution

사전 인터뷰를 통해 분위기를 파악한 후, 촬영 동선을 미리 설계해 현장에서 최대한 효율적으로 움직일 수 있도록 했다. 촬영에 민감할 수 있는 업무 특성을 고려하여 사전 준비를 철저히 하고 명확한 프로토콜을 구축해두었다. 서사를 덧씌우기보다는 로펌의 문화와 분위기가 자연스레 드러나도록 접근했다. 그 결과 영상은 기업 홍보물의 전형성을 탈피해 진심을 담은 초대장과 같이 완성되었다.

Context

As one of Korea’s leading law firms, Bae, Kim & Lee wanted a recruitment film that reflected its stature and the trust at the core of the legal profession. The goal was to present the firm’s culture and intellectual rigor with clarity and authenticity. This aligns with a broader shift toward employer brand transparency, where showing real employee experiences has become key to attracting top talent in today’s competitive legal market.

Challenge

Filming in active work environments came with unique challenges capturing legal professionals in an authentic, relaxed manner without interrupting their workflow. Given the legal field’s emphasis on precision and confidentiality, filming required a careful, respectful approach-one that preserved the firm’s professional standards while still capturing authentic, human moments. Striking the right tone for recruitment content was also key: it needed to feel honest and relatable.

Solution

The production team minimized its presence and maximized preparation using pre-interview tone mapping and carefully choreographed shoot plans. With thorough pre-production and clear protocols for filming in sensitive environments, the team was able to capture candid conversations in real work settings. Rather than imposing a narrative, the approach allowed the firm’s culture to reveal itself naturally resulting in a film that feels like a sincere invitation, not a corporate pitch.
